Početak aktivnosti u okviru projekta „Neću drogu“

The project ”I don’t want drugs“ was launched under the Prevention of drug abuse programme of Centre E8 and will be implemented in 10 secondary schools in the municipality of Savski venac (in Belgrade) by the end of the year. Workshops/lectures for teachers were implemented in gymnasium “Sveti Sava” and in the specialized school for the hard of hearing “Stefan Dečanski” in May. Workshops are implemented in cooperation with Youth Counseling Center Savski Venac, which is the referral institution.

Besides the activities for the school staff, the first training for students was held in Fourth gymnasium (IV gimnazija). The goal of the training is to train young people in the area of drugs prevention and promotion of healthy life styles. In each of the 10 schools an “I don’t want drugs” team will be created in order to implement workshops for other students and to create campaign activities that will address the consequences of drug abuse. Workshops for students will be done in the next school year, as well as activities with the parents.
